US sent Extraordinary Rendition Victims to Syria and other Inconvenient Truths

The US is gaslighting us about this gas attack.  The inconvenient truth is that we do not know who perpetrated this crime against humanity.  The inconvenient truth is that UN investigator, Carla Del Ponte, said that the UN gathered evidence that implicated the "rebels," many of whom are extremist jihadists connected to Al Qaeda, who have beheaded Syrian soldiers, cannibalized Syrian soldiers by ripping the heart out of one's chest and biting it, ethnically cleansed Christians from Syrian villages, and other atrocities.   The warmongering spin machine has come down on Del Ponte like they trashed UN's Hans Blix for telling us the truth in the lead up to the Iraq War that there were no WMDs.  Even after they held Del Ponte's feet to the fire, she has stood by her testimony that evidence was collected that implicated the "rebels" in past chemical attacks in Syria.  The red herring that the UN report, which was made before they went to Syria, is inconclusive has no bearing on denying or refuting what Del Ponte said: she said what she said about evidence implicating the "rebels" in past chemical attacks in Syria and she continues to stand by what she said.

The premise for this war is bogus, not only because we do not know who really was behind this latest chemical attack, which would be suicide for Syrian forces to commit, but would benefit those who have been lobbying the US to bomb Syria as a casus belli,  but it's also bogus because the US deployed white phosphorous in Iraq, burning villagers' skin to the bone, including children.  We do not have the moral high ground here.  Period.  Take all of this "humanitarian" chest thumping with a grain of depleted uranium.

The propagandists go on and on on what a monster Assad is, but they neglect to tell you the inconvenient truth that the US was allied with Assad after 9/11 and sent people they kidnapped, or how they like to put it, "extraordinarily renditioned," to Syria!

How hypocritical is all this?  US is allied with 9/11 perpetrators to fight a guy with whom the US was allied to fight the 9/11 perpetrators.  What a smoldering, stinking sack of PNAC jack.

This war fits into the PNAC game plan of bombing a list of middle eastern countries into the ground or reducing them to rubble or into the Stone Age to destroy these countries and take advantage of their natural resources.

Fool me once shame on you, but fool us again and again and again...?  Come on, people call up your Congress Representatives and your Senators and tell them to vote Nay on these so called "limited strikes" on Syria.

Click on this link http://www.contactingthecongress.org/

Click on your state.

Call the offices of your Congressmen and your Senators and say, Hello, this is FIRST NAME LAST NAME and I live in CITY/TOWN, STATE, and I am calling to ask my representative to vote Nay on authorizing a strike in Syria.  Thank you.

That's it.  It will take you less time than typing a comment or reading a diary,.

I did it, and guess what?  The people who answered the phone were really nice to me.

I went to the US Congress after the Iraq war broke out and brought them little plastic soldiers with a tag I put on them that said, "Bring me home." I put it in the IN BOX of every office I came upon, Democratic, Republican,...and guess what?

Staffers ran out to me into the halls of Congress and thanked me for giving their bosses that toy soldier.  They plied me with candy.  They gave me coffee and water.  They even hugged me.  They told me they wished the war would end.  Guess what else?..While I was in an elevator in the US Capitol, a smartly dressed young man, reeking of cologne, boyishly asked me what I was doing with my basket of toy soldiers.  He looked me straight in the eye and said he wished he could work for what I was working for, but he had to support himself and lobby for the forces who back these wars.  They make a lot of $ off of this death, destruction, and depleted uranium pollution they wreak on the world for eons, and their bosses could care less about humanitarianism, quite the contrary.  They're greedy sociopaths who have the money to buy our Congress, sock puppets, and lobbyists, the MSM, ...but they can't buy us, so get on your cellies and call.

We are on the right side of this debate against these endless wars that are bankrupting our nation morally and fiscally.  The MSM has completely lost its credibility and so have the warmongering neocons/neoliberals/neokillers.

Do the right thing, people, and call Congress to vote Nay.
